Stefán Orschel-Read launched his eponymous menswear label in 2008 and has ever since designed for a uniquely British kind of dandy. Past influences have included Virginia Woolf’s 1928 novel ‘Orlando’, Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night, Lord Paget – a privileged Peter Pan libertine living in the aristocratic English countryside from Orschel-Read’s imagination – and, most recently, Bill Nighy and the birth of British Rock ‘n’ Roll and pirate radio.
