Vika Gazinskaya, Autumn / Winter 2013

For her AW13 collection, Russian designer Vika Gazinskaya decided to make fake animals from wool, complete with tails, paws and smiley little faces. This was her way of going against all the fur used by the fashion industry these days. Worn as scarves, they look like cute stuffed toys. In addition to these ‘fur’ stoles, Vika worked with those sculpted voluminous shapes she does so well: such as the adorable petal-shaped bows and the voluminous cropped trousers.
