The working-class youth of the late 1950’s and 60’s was Japanese Mihara Yasuhiro’s inspiration for Spring/Summer 2017. He brings playfulness and daringness to us. The ‘No Club Lone Wolf’ collection is a combination of different elements taken from American pop culture, including embroidered biker jackets complemented by handmade designs, classic denim jeans and distressed sweaters alongside long line shirts.

From bright red to checked prints and military silk pieces, Mihara Yasuhiro perfectly revisited that rebel youth style from the mid-ninetheenth century adding his own touch and modernity to it.

Mihara Yasuhiro was born in Nagasaki, Japan and started as a shoe designer in 1996. Once he graduated from Tama Art University in Design in 1997, he started presenting his daring and colourful collections. He previously showed his understated and reduced collections in Milan, Paris and Tokyo and made his London debut on Monday during LCM 2016.
