One of the designers to show toward the end of Belgrade Fashion Week earlier this month, Vlada Savic and her brightly coloured collection proved she may have been the last – but she certainly wasn’t the least. Her bold use of deep tones and pastel hues, as well as her knack for creating sophisticated and feminine shapes, brought out Savic’s remarkable tendency for fluid silhouettes, including several that swished, flowed and captured the models’ movements as they walked down the catwalk. This lineup of ultra-fem dresses offered a consistent parade of covetable looks, but Savic’s bests came in the form of her smart-modern colour block dresses; an undeniable showcase of the new designer to watch.
