Michael Van Der Ham graduated from Central Saint Martins with an MA in Fashion and gained experience working with successful designers such as Alexander McQueen before launching his eponymous brand. His distinctive style is characterised by his subtle yet interesting cuts and mixing knitwear with chiffon.

In his latest collection for Autumn / Winter 2014 we see him using chiffon paired with velvet detailing. He has played with print bringing a 3D look to the fabric, as seen in his woven prints, as well as in his layered chiffon flowers that were protruding. The colours were an amazing mix of contrasting orange and blue, navy and violets. Particular attention was paid to detail in the hemlines, whether it was a front slit or a hanging hemline.
