Irina Heemann has a fascination with traditional knit techniques and uses them to her advantage to create diverse designs, rotating thousands of fibres, manipulated into curls and fine bruges lace, around the body to create sheer elegance. Imitation of fur and sheepskin brings her silhouettes of the medieval era into the 21st century.
