23rd of September marked the opening of La Galerie des Galeries’s exhibition ofPhilippe Jarrigeon’s fashion photography and also 25 years since the inception of French innovation platform, ANDAM. From Martin Margiela to Jeremy Scott, Jarrigeon has reinterpreted the works and signatures of fifteen previous ANDAM laureates in an exhibition space that seeks to recreate the time-old institution of the department store. The photography itself is atypical of theCantonal Art School of Lausanne graduate. Bright colours and imagery plucked fresh from the ’90s proliferate in the artist’s art-historically complex photos, which vary in genre from still life to portrait and fashion shoot – all the while maintaining a keen sense of humour.

Sponsored by La Galerie LaFayette, the exhibition is a resounding celebration of ANDAM’s work as a nurturing force in French fashion. Visit Philippe Jarrigeon’s stand-out exhibition in Paris’s Galerie Des Galeries which is still on display until 15th November.
