There is an open call for all designers for the FASHIONCLASH Festival held from 11th to 14th June in Maastricht, Netherlands. This is a four-day festival packed with fashion shows, dance performances, lectures, workshops and pop-up stores. This will be the 7th edition of the successful FASHIONCLASH festival, which started in 2009. By now more than 800 designers from 40 different countries have joined forces with FAHSIONCLAH for the chance to showcase their work to a hugely diverse audience. It allows designers to gain not only recognition but the chance to win one of several awards offered. The theme for this year’s festival is ‘Gender’. Designers will have to show through their collection what Gender means to them, and how they can redefine the stereotypical roles we have in place in our society.
