German designer Jara Wine debuted with her first collection in 2010 in New York. Known for playing with different textiles, Jara combines upcycling old materials, which are not intended for dresses, such as curtains and table cloths, with cotton. A wide range of poppy colours and prints are characteristic for Jara’s designs, which come together with simple shapes, clean cuts and smart details.
