Inspired by Swedish hand-carved wood horse called Trähäst’ in Swedish, London-based designer Niro Wang, showed his Autumn / Winter 2016 collection at the Freemason’s Hall – a perfect combination of comfort, nature and modernity. Made with natural fabrics like linen, wool and jacquard, every piece was cosy but fashionable at the same time. The natural colour palette suited the Chinese designer’s intention to make nature meet urban life. The straight shapes were loose-fitting but the addition of embroideries and prints brought refinement to the hybrid collection.
