Aganovich AW13

Aganovich inspired a meditation on the strangeness of the human creature and the definition of ready-to-wear for AW13. A slower walk and a ‘theme and variations’ approach to the extended triangle silhouette defined the designer this season. Strong colour bites in iridescent satin came through in tiered, ankle-length skirts, floor-length cloaks and dresses. A wizarding spirit pulsed through golds, purples and blues. Flat satin boots in purple augmented the colour clash. Heavily worked fabrics, including textured, leather also featured. A pin-striped suit look in satin brought ‘pajama chic’ to the fore.
