Shani Himanshu and Smita Singh Rathore are the two Indian designers behind the brand 11.11/ Eleven Eleven. After their training at Domus Academy in Milan, they started their first fashion studio in Italy in 2003, developing various products for womenswear, menswear, kids wear, leather bags and accessories. Today, the studio is located on the shores of a hidden lake in Hauz Khas Village in central Delhi. The 11.11 brand celebrates India’s heritage of techniques and textile aesthetics, especially from Kutchchh, Gujarat (India) showcasing clothes, traditionally handcrafted to highlight individuality and personality. Each design has a timeless, everlasting quality. The collection has voluminous, flowing drapes, brought together in structured silhouettes, to accentuate the feminine form.
