With London Fashion Week rapidly approaching, Fashion Scout has announced the official list of graduate designers that it has selected to present this September. From Central Saint Martins: Anita Hirlekar, Ondrej Adamek and Quoi Alexander. Charlotte Knowles and Luke Bullen comprise the London College of Fashion graduates and Emma Hardstaff and James Kelly those of the Royal College of Art. Joining the London-based designers are the Manchester School of Art‘s Camilla Grimes, Birmingham City University‘s Grace Weller and Rebecca Swann from Nottingham Trent University.
Amidst this year’s talented few are previous DASH-featured designers, Anita Hirlekar, Camilla Grimes and Rebecca Swann whose inaugural collections garnered much acclaim when they were unveiled in their respective graduation presentations.
Fashion Scout’s brief yet illustrious history in launching the careers of London-based designers, such as Peter Pilotto and Pam Hogg, has made the European fashion platform’s biannual graduate showcases firm fixtures on the fashion week schedule that are not to be missed. The designers’ collections will be available to view from the 12th until the 16th September 2014 in Freemason’s Hall.
