Rainwear, headwraps and veils that made reference to ‘cultures that use clothing as markers of social and religious difference’ were seen at KTZ’s Spring / Summer 2014 collection at London Fashion Week.

Islamic mosaics served as the basis for the collection’s geometric patterns, but they were offered in futuristic synthetics, combined with statement jewellery of oversize studs and embellishment. Floral biker jackets, chiffon and culottes – the collection was tribal and traditional, yet very modern with billowing fabrics and music by A-Trak. An ensemble that captivated the audience.
