The music had a powerful ethnic feel which created a warm and vibrant atmosphere amongst the crowd at Freemasons Hall during the Lug Von Siga Spring / Summer 2014 showcase at London Fashion Week.

Inspired by rich Turkish heritage and culture, along with a multiplicity of Turkish political issues, Gül Agiş’s collection aimed to arouse and provoke international interest. Initially starting by working with tribal masks, Gül developed the unique mask style prints into her garment fabrications through the use of appliqué techniques, leather and sheer silks amongst other futuristic yet luxurious fabrics. Elegant cut-out dresses, printed bomber jackets and thigh-skimming cords were seen on the catwalk. The collection consisted of a predominantly monochrome colour scheme, composed of caramel, beige, black, white and coral.
