Imagery and illustration walk hand in hand in Niky Roehreke‘s work. She uses collage and unusual shapes over sections of photographs to create new kinds of colourful forms. Roehreke is also known for her ties with fashion photography and illustration, whether this be her illustrations being incorporated into an image, or her creating the background – the combination takes that which we view as fashion imagery into a new dimension.
