Edeline Lee is a London-based Korean-Canadian who graduated from Central Saint Martins. She gained experience at Alexander McQueen and John Galliano and worked for Zac Posen in New York and Rodnik in London before launching her eponymous label a couple of years ago.

For Spring / Summer 2014, Edeline Lee found inspiration in her memories of playing the piano as a young girl and a recent trip to Russia where she saw traditional folk costumes. She wanted the mood of the presentation to be like a forgotten memory. The presentation took place at King’s College, just underneath Somerset House, where small groups of models performed intimate childhood choreographies. The designs of SS14 were bright, graphic and linear with simple shapes but intricate cuts. All her pieces are made by hand in England.
