Sabinna Spring / Summer 2015 ‘I am everyone. I am no one.’
Originally hailing from Russia, London / Vienna-based designer Sabinna is a graduate from Central Saint Martins who’s previously gained work experience with leading Parisian fashion house Christian Dior. She launched her eponymous womenswear and accessory label in 2014 upon graduation. The clothes are produced in the UK and Austria. Her Spring / Summer 2015 collection titled “I am everyone. I am no one.” is based on the designer’s childhood and her mother in the USSR. The designs reflect the struggle of a young teenage girl growing up in a communist system. Hugely influenced by uniformity in the dress code, the collection observes a range of outfits with a sporty glimpse showing perfect body performances through tunics and jackets in relaxed silhouettes and tennis shoes to complete the look.
