Kat Marks ‘Scholar’
Kat Marks is Canadian designer who studied fashion design at Ryerson University in Toronto before doing an MA in Fashion Artefact at London College of Fashion. Kat’s creativity motivates her design process with a focus on research and craftsmanship. She develops a dialogue when she translates her product design through the medium of photography and the visual experience of film. In 2011, Kat worked with photographer Nick Knight of SHOWstudio for her fashion film The Karass and is still a contributor to SHOWstudio.
