Kinetic Traces
After completing her MA in fashion footwear at London College of Fashion, the former knitwear designer released her latest collection entitled ‘Kinetic Trace’. Having been influenced by architecture and structure, her main focus for her collection was body movement, collaborating with different photographers to capture that message. Strongly believing in fashionable comfort, Silvia Fado combines sportswear fundamentals in a high-fashion shoe. To do this Silvia played with innovative techniques such as hydraulics, which lends to the futuristic, highly platformed aesthetic of her shoes.
