Natural Selection Spring / Summer 2015
The label Natural Selection, founded in 2009 by John Park, takes its name from the Charles Darwin book ‘Origin of Species by way of Natural Selection’. What started as a denim brand using only Japanese selvedge has become a label with an array of offerings that emphasise contemporary silhouettes, immaculate finishing and a high level of construction. Ready-to-wear was unveiled for Autumn / Winter 2014. The fact that it began as a denim label gives it a casual-luxe juxtaposition that’s suitable for the modern man who appreciates a high standard of design. Natural Selection has recently also launched its first flagship store in London’s Covent Garden.
