Valentina Springolo is the designer behind the emerging fashion label September31. She decided to take the plunge in A/W15 into design after 10 years of experience in the fashion industry. Where does the name of the label come from? The fact that it’s ‘a day that doesn’t exist, yet the impossible can happen’. For Valentina, this reflects fashion’s ability to create magic and transform ideas into something concrete. The aesthetic is a mixture of retro playfulness and tailoring. All garments are made in Italy.
