Laura Galati ‘Ceaseless Arabesque’
Currently completing her graduate year of Bachelor of Design at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Laura Galati is an emerging designer and creative practitioner based in Melbourne, Australia. Her inspiration comes from the structural properties of different fabrications and how they create architectural forms around the body. Galati’s garments are able to function successfully based on their own sculptural qualities, however, they are emphasised when forming a relationship with the body.
