Art:i:curate, a digital network organising exhibitions for and with their creative members, present from 4th – 17th April 2014 ‘Restate‘, a contemporary art show examining the notion of identity by revealing the disparity between inhabited places and anonymous empty spaces.

A visual dialogue between artwork and environment, ‘Restate’ explores the relationship between artistic expression, public perception and architecture through the reactivation in the selected artists’ work of commercial property spaces being the site of conflicts between structural durability and the temporariness of relations.

Participating artists included: Stian Ådlandsvik, Alicja Dobrucka, Teresa Braula Reis, Alona Rodeh and designer Harry Thaler. Curated by Carmen Stolfi. Co-curated by the art:i:curate network.
