Ivan Mandzukic knows very well how to combine elegance and functionality in his garments, creating sleek understated silhouettes with a touch of casual coolness. In his Spring / Summer 2015 Ivanman collection he shows an array of pleated trousers, some of which are cut into shorts, and some with an elastic waist, offering a fresh take on the classic shape. A classic jacket is cut into a vest and has a drawstring – a functional detail giving a gentle nod to the sportswear trend. Reglan and rounded sleeves give the Ivanman collection a subtle feminine touch. The shape of a shirt with a V-shaped neckline is borrowed from the classic wrap dress.

A delicate knitted sweater shows visible white threads to the front, adding a sense of cool nonchalance to the otherwise elegantly sleek look. The collars of the shirts come with coloured points, another playful detail in the collection. The colour palette consists of royal blue, black, green, beige and – more daring – magenta. Masculine and feminine elements are merged into an intricate silhouette that is one of a kind.
