DIORALOP Autumn / Winter 2013
Behind the aptly named label DIORALOP are the two innovative designers Andreja Bistrcic and Maja Merlic. The clever play with words is no coincidence as DIORALOP take inspiration from POLAROID pictures for each of their collections. The use of film and how light can manipulate its original state is such a poetic and idyllic method of design. Recreating patterns found from pieces of polaroid and film has allowed patterns and new silhouette shapes to be created for their latest collection.
