Keiko Nishiyama, A/W15

Japanese fashion designer Keiko Nishiyama, who studied fashion and performance in Tokyo, went on to complete an MA in fashion design at the London College of Fashion in 2013. Within the same year, her elaborate designs were shown during London Fashion Week. Her prints come from the idea of a ‘hybrid and cabinet of curiosity’. Even though the production of the garments is based in Japan, the fabrics are sourced from Belgium, France and Italy. Style Bubble‘s Susie Lao is a fan and has been seen wearing some of her pieces.
